At Springfield Christian Family we are passionate about helping people work through life's issues, and provide a safe place where anyone in the church or broader community can get help.
We support many overseas missions. We also do our Short term mission trips to places such as, Thailand, Japan, India and Ukriane. We also support overseas missionaries in China and Eygpt. If you have any furthur questions please contact our missions board director Vici Tunney on 38182915.
We are also proud partners of Westside Community Care. At Westside Community Care we care for the needs of our local community by doing things such as food bank, food voutures and Counseling, Chaplaincy. The aim of Westside Community Care is to team up together with business, government, church, community groups and community minded people to reach out together with care to those needing a helping hand up in our community. They have a wide range of programs and activities including programs for school aged children, crisis care food parcels and more. We also raise money for the USQ chaplian through the Springfield Christian Family's events: Make No Idol, Dance For The Stars, Battle Of The Bands, Instrumental Talent Quest. We also raise money through the events Greater Springfield Run For Life and QT Family Fitness Funday, some of the money raised go to the local Chaplains. We also Sell Choclates in the Local Community and have donations tins around the local shops. Many members and those who attend Springfield Christian Family enjoy actively volunteering within the church. We'd like to help you find an opportunity that fits the time you can give. Just imagine how we could transform the Springfield Region if each person gave an hour a month.
